Dare to imagine

It's important to be discerning these days around where our attention goes. We reap what we sow. Let us be weary of the temptation to bypass our discomfort; it's easy to stay half asleep. Chanting a mantra on positivity may make us feel better, but it won't heal generations of ancestral wounding. Sometimes what there is to do is meet the pain. Sometimes what there is to do is weep. A rare kind of nectar can be found inside the heart of suffering. It's a place where all negotiation ceases and we surrender into life as it IS: broken, beautiful, and uncertain. Deep sorrow can illuminate a river of love locked deep inside the psyche. This path is not for the faint of heart. We must consider that we are inextricably connected to one another and to the planet. Slowing down and listening closely to life gives us an opportunity to examine long-held beliefs, some of which have reached their expiration date. Upgrades come in many shapes and sizes. Evolution can be rough on a species, but there will be boons granted and quickenings in the matrix. Perhaps the world aches for a particular kind of grace and love we've not been able to imagine ~until now.

If we have the will and desire for it, the path may just rise up to meet us, one tenuous step at a time.

Dare to imagine.

Listen now.... the ancestors are whispering.
